Stevens & Carter is an independently run business, providing a premier level of service in property related matters. We have offices located within the market towns of Heathfield and Hailsham, the picturesque village of Herstmonceux, the coastal resort of Eastbourne and our dedicated property "showroom" in London’s Park Lane.

John Stevens started in the industry over 20 years ago. After many years working for large corporate companies, he wanted to provide something different, a little more personal, a level of service that all clients should expect, and be given. As a result of sheer hard work and listening carefully to clients' needs, this has been achieved in each branch of Stevens & Carter.

Stevens & Carter are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, voluntary members of the Ombudsman scheme and are proud members of the Guild for Professional Estate Agents.
